Is it possible to setup multiple calculation fields within one dropdown box

Is it possible to create calculation fields for each item within a dropdown box?  Attached is an image of my document.  In #1 I want to be able to enter an amount and in dropdown box #2, I want to be able to choose an item (1 year, 18 months, 2 years, 3 years, etc...) and then have it filter down into various amount fields as shown.  Is this possible?

You need to be more specific, like what should go into amount fields? Field names?
