IS PDF CONVERTER SECURE FOR Legal documents

Hi ,

I wanted to use the PDF for office pupose.  Since I am not sure if ADobe uses the data for its private usage through cloud, I am not able to use the PDF converter for document conversion.

Could you please help in illustrating what is the policy for adobe. How safe is it to use the Adobe.
