Acrobat Reader does not have all the features that the paid for versions of Acrobat have. There are additional packages available that can add more features to Reader but you will need to purchase those packages and even if you purchased all them, you still would not have Acrobat and you would have paid more than the cost of Acrobat.
There are also 3rd party programs for free that can be used to perform some of the tasks available to Acrobat. PDFtk, PDF Tookl Kit, form PDFLabs is a free command line program that can perform a number of tasks. This program is a command line or terminal program.

OK, thanks.....just found it online. Got a new laptop and it didn't have ADOBE DC....Had it on my last laptop and loved it.....glad I found the FREE ONE....
