Is there a free writing pen form field?

I'd like to use a free writing pen field so my users can circle areas on a drawing within the adobe form I created. Is there such a tool to create this field on Adobe Forms?

I found that tool, but I'm trying to prepare a form so the reader is able to free draw in a field when they fill out the entire form and submit it electronically. I can't seem to find a tool within prepare form.

You mean that you want to limit the user's ability to draw in only a specific area? That's not really possible.
