Hi,

I hve a lot of Visio files that I would like to (ideally batch) convert to PDF. The Visio version I have is 2201 (build 14827.20158 Click-to-run) and Acrobat DC (subcription) version 2021.011.20039 running on Windows 10 pro (10.0.19044 build 19044). I can't see a way to get the Acrobat menu to appear on Visio's ribbon.

Is there an addin that will work with the latest version of Visio. The "export to PDF" option is OK, but it doesn't give many options to control the output

Hi @C_L_M,
With our latest release on <release_date>, we have added the support for PDFMaker add-in with Visio 64-bit. Please refer https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/compatible-web-browsers-pdfmaker-applications.html for supported versions and configurations.
If your product has not already been updated, to get the latest product update, click on the menu Help --> Check for updates in the product.

Thanks & Regards

Are you using the 64-bit version of Visio?

Hi,

I believe so - the appplication path is C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\VISIO.EXE and Acrobat's is C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe

Looks like Acrobat is 32 bit (as are my other Office programs)

Which combination works?

TIA 🙂
