Is there a way to compress a PDF to below 1MB whilst keeping all it's pages together?

First and foremost, I'm sorry for this font--I'm not sure why it's blue and I can't figure out how to fix it so we're just gonna roll with it. My issue is I'm filling out an online application and need to convert a fairly large PDF to a super small file size because the company's website has a 1,024 KB limit (which is actually ridiculous). I've already done the "Save as "Reduced size PDF"" on Acrobat, but it's still too big (1.2MB). I've tried exporting the PDF as both a JPEG and PNG, which worked from a file size standpoint, but the pages from the PDF then become separated files (images). Is there any way to export the PDF as a smaller file format whilst keeping all the pages together? Am I just grasping at straws here? Let me know.

Thanks

Hi Connor:

PDF file size is dictated by content, and graphics take up the most space. You can control the compression of the graphics as you create the PDF, or after the fact using File> Save As Other> Optimized PDF. There are a few other settings in there to play with as well, all explained here:
