Is there a way to edit a file name AFTER it has been combined into a PDF Portfolio?

My employer wants to know if there is a way to edit a file name AFTER it has been combined into a PDF Portfolio. He doesn't want to have to extract the file from the portfolio, re-name it then re-add it each time. Is there a way to do this either in Acrobat for Desktop (Windows) or Acrobat online? Thanks.
