Issue Activating Adobe Acrobat Reader License on New Computer

Dear Adobe Support Team,
I recently purchased a new computer and would like to activate my Adobe Acrobat Reader license on it. However, I am unable to install or activate the software with my existing license.
Could you please assist me in transferring my license to the new computer or guide me through the correct activation process?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

I checked your Adobe account and was unable to find any Acrobat product registered there.

What happens when you try to activate the application using the license key? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same for more clarity.

Also, share the version of the Acrobat application you have and the OS you are using.

We are here for help, just need more information.
