Issue - Embedded video stays on top of all pages once played.

I've embedded a video via Acrobat Rich Media tool. After I get to the page with the video and play it proceeding to any other page still shows the black video box over the page. I've opened the document in reader and the same thing happens. Is there a fix for this?

Please let us know if this happens with a particular PDF or all PDFs.

Would you mind sharing the sample PDF with the issue that occurs?

Share the Acrobat version in use and the steps you use to add the video in PDF.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording.
