Hi @Tzach290755481jiv ,

Please describe which method did you employed to open links.

And please be specific about which type of links are you trying to open.

Hi,

If I am not mistaken that error indicates that a folder-level script (or a plug-in) is needed with elevated privilege.

The JavaScript security will not allow to execute a link from a PDF that is currently viewed on screen and  invoke the execution of an external link to open in another PDF that resides in a folder.

There are JavaScript methods found in the  "Adobe Acrobat SDK - Parameters for Opening PDF Files" that may allow to do that, but I am not 100% sure ( I may be wrong).

Were you able to do this before?

im working with Tzach290755481jiv on the same company if this imformation can help when the folder from the same link is opened with the pdf file that has the links , the links are working
