Hi @EIBIT ,

Did you also updated the operating system (followed by a system reboot)?

Below error appeared in Event viewer when the save to pdf option fails ( Even after the latest DC patch update)

Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the '' callback of the 'IRibbonControl' interface while calling into the 'Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin' add-in.

Have you found a solution to this? Several of my users are experiencing the issue.

Hi Jeff,

First Verify your Adobe & Office 365 Installaer (32/64 bit) download the exact 32/64 bit version of Adobe installer.

Then follow the below Steps,

Remove Adobe Acrobat from Programs and features list first.

Then Delete Adobe Folder

<systemroot>/Program Files

<systemroot>/Program Files x86

<systemroot>/Program Data

<local Profile>/AppData/Local

<local Profile>/AppData/Roaming

<local Profile>/AppData/LocalLow

After the clean wipe of previously installed Adobe version reboot and then re install the Adobe

Also make sure sure botn Office 365 and Adobe  should gets updated when ever any patches are available.

So far my clients didn't reported the similar issues faced earlier with Office 365 and Adobe.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,

EIB IT

Yes-OS is updated with the latest cumulative updates ( 2024-01) . Dont think its an OS related issue.
