Issue with OCR-B-10 BT and printing software

Every month we have to create one large pdf-file with about 20'000 documents directly out of our ERP. A printing company prints and ships them. The documents contains the fonts Helvetica and OCR-B-10 BT. We used to use an old computer with Windows XP and Adobe Acrobat 7 Standard. We changed to Windows Server 2016 and Adobe Acrobat X Standard two months ago. Now we are facing one problem.

If you open the pdf-file with any reader both fonts Helveitca and OCR-B-10 BT look fine and are correct. But the printing company gets some signs instead of OCR-B-10 BT when they load the document to their software.  E.g. it looks like   instead of 0100001287301>00. In this example I copied form such a document and pased it directly in her. The same happens when i paste it into Wordpad. When i paste it into MS Word the it works! The numbers are visible and the font is OCR-B-10 BT.

With Windows XP and Adobe Acrobat 7 Standard all worked fine, with indows Server 2016 and Adobe Acrobat X Standard it doesn't anymore. We tried to update the fonts table without success. Does anybody have a solution or an idea? We would appreciate it very much.
