Issues comparing documents within Acrobat DC

Hi All,

Having an issue with Acrobat DC whereby the compare feature is causing the application to completely crash.

Any help would be appreciated..

Have attempted to run the feature on multiple different files from various different machines without any luck..

currently running Version 21.007.20099.61763. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
