What happened to being able to run a javascript for zoom, e.g., zoom = 150 ; ? If I try to use this now with Adobe Pro, the option is to cancel or go to a page. I used to be able to highlight the bookmarks, select properties, and add the javascript. Even on older docs now, it is not working and for some reason the page level as a set zoom level, e.g., fit width, actual size, etc., that cannot be deleted to the javascript will run.

You don't have these options in the action tab of the bookmark properties?

Thank you for yoour response. Yes, I do; however, it does not function as it used to function. See below. With the editor, I used to be able to apply the zoom to all the bookmarks. Even setting the initial view magnification to a certain level does not get applied to all the pages.

If you want to add the script to all the bookmarks, you have to first select all the bookmarks.

You need to resize the window and then the OK button should appear.
Also, go to Preferences - General and set "Scale for Screen" to "Auto-Detect".

I didn't understand that what you were saying is that you couldn't see the OK button. Thanks to @try67 's response, I understand now. Another solution is to change the JavaScript editor to an external JavaScript editor. I use Notepad instead of the Acrobat JS editor. Go to Edit>Preferences (JavaScript category) then find the file that runs the plain text editor you want to use:

I will try that. Thanks.

If you change it to Notepad, there's no OK button. You simply close the window and click "Yes" to "Do you want to save....". Notepad holds a lot more data than the built-in editor and has more features like Find and Replace.

Often the right answer comes from abandoning the ‘wrong’ question.
In the document properties, set the document to open at 150%.
Then select all the bookmarks and use the ‘Inherit zoom’ option.
What's more, it will be more user-friendly for those who, for one reason or another (the size of their screen), don't want to always navigate at 150%.

Thanks for the alternative.
