Keeping a rotated page's orientation after it is saved

Hello. I want to keep pages I've scanned and rotated correctly, from reverting to previous orientation. Any successful ideas? Tx!

1. You need paid-for Acrobat, not the free Acrobat Reader.

2. You must rotate the Page, not the View. In Acrobat DC, use Organize Pages.
