Question

Keyboard shortcut for delete pages not working (mac)

Came back to work from Xmas vacation and Apple+Shift+D, which delete pages from a PDF, no longer does anything in Acrobat. Mac OS is 13.6.1, Acrobat is 2023.008.20458. The keyboard shortcut has vanished from the Acrobat menu.

Hi @colins2486137711949089

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

As you have the most recent update, Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/48s0wh9 and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Hi Amal,

I reset the preferences as suggested and it had no effect. The keyboard shortcut remains disabled. I also tried switching between new and old Acrobat. Apple+Shift+D does not work in either.
