Latest Acrobat Pro - Lost functionality - PDF Merge and Folder Right Click to PDF. Workaround?

New GUI is to dummed donwn and simplified.  Hate the requirement to use the Cloud.  Lost the ability to right click on files locally and convert to pdf.   Also don't see how to merge multiple PDF's into one, like I could do before - forced to use the Cloud Merge 😞   Anyone have any work arounds for these features?  A way to enable them?  or third party tool to provide the funcationlity that existed before?
