I have been an Adobe user for many years. The latest update, in my opinion, is a disaster. In general, I do not like the layout of the vertical toolbars. I find the new vertical toolbars difficult to use and the ICONs in the toolbars appear in poor resolution. I discovered how to add tools to the vertical toolbar, but now I can't seem to remove them.
The response to clicking on a tool in the vertical tool bar is cumbersome. A side panel will expand, reducing the vertical width of the document that I am working on.
Is there a way to undo updates?

It is so frustrating when you try to understand why they make some layout changes that they make. Who decides this? Switching layout items from the left side to the right side of the app, or making the menu a hamburger menu on desktop lol. Truly magic Adobe, way to go backwards lol.

Fortunately, I did find a "disable new adobe" option. I believe it was in the "FILE" menu. However, as I was writing this, I went back to make sure that I was giving you correct information and now there is nothing in the file menu related to "new adobe".

You must reset the toolbar to default to be able to return to the "New UI".
Ain't it great?
About the hamburger menu, I believe something important is missing:
