Dear Sirs,

I've a problem with some licences of ACROBAT X Pro.

I've bought some licences it and I've used it for several years, more than 10, on all of my office PC.

Now, from today, the prgram told me that my licences are not valid, or better, the serial number is invalid.

I don't know why because, up to now it has worked correctly without giving problems of this type.

I have also done a check on the other machines and on these too there is the same problem.

I have 12 licenses for which I have the codes, but I have no other data, what can I do?, given that the person I bought it from is no longer there?

There is someone who can help me in order to restore the correct funcitionality of the programs on all my machines?

Did you ever register these serial numbers with Adobe? If not, they are most likely pirated ones.

I don't know.

I don't know. I bought the licenses and whoever followed my computers in the office took care of everything.

I don't know if he has registred them. No one told me that they will be registred.

I remeber only that I've paid the licences a lot, a few hundred euros each.

I also remember that in the boxes there were no download codes, but installation CDs.

the problem is that I haven't had the boxes for a few years, since we changed offices.
