License expired or inactivated

Good afternoon,

I keep getting a message that my license has expired or Adobe has been inactivated when I try to make changes in a pdf document despite the fact that I am up to date with my payments and my licenses was recently renewed. How can I solve this problem?

Do I need to reinstall Adobe Acrobat?
