License Key No Longer recognised

Bought a license from K4G Ltd for older version of Adobe Acrobat X Pro and it has been working fine for months, now its no longer recognising it and seems to have switched to trial version. Any one else had the problem, maybe an update has stopped it working (although i dont think its a supported version anymore)

Acrobat X hasn't been updated in years. It has passed it End-Of-Life date many years ago and is not compatible with any current OS.

You were most likely sold an invalid license. I would contact the seller and demand a refund.
