Hi I have two Acrobat Licenses and they are not working when trying to install on my new MACOS machine. I purchased the licenses many years ago for my PC but understand that the license should allow different platforms. thank you

Hi, @mattk20030306, I'm sorry, but there's nothing that can be done for you here. We are (mostly) a bunch of volunteers helping folks out with specific issues. You will need to contact Adobe specifically for assistance.
Be aware that if you did get a new Mac, it is probably a new M1 or M2 and the Acrobat applications from time back may not work in either the Mac or with the OS itself. Please check this web page to see if your Acrobat is viable with your new Mac: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/system-requirements.html

Thanks much for your reply. This is an awfully old version and I could see it ending the lifecycle! I appreciate your help and hope to hear back from corporate about solutions. I'll check back here anything interesting comes from it!

"Perpetual" licenses are not cross-platform, unlike the subscription license. You need a new license to get it to work on a Mac if it was originally for Windows. But if it's an old version then that's a moot point anyway, since it won't run at all on a Mac with a new OS.
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
