Hello,
Currently I am using Adobe Acrobat X Standard on Windows 7 Ultimate. I'm trying to convert .msg files in a specific folder in Outlook 7 into a single .pdf file. I know how to right click the folder in Outlook then click Convert to Adobe PDF. My question is, is there a way to limit the file size for the conversion? The file sizes are very large. When opening the PDF after the conversion, the files take a very long time to open due to the amount of data I have stored in the file. I thought if I can limit the file size upon conversion it might not take so long to open the file after the conversion?
Is this at all a possibility?
Thank you.

I think I am too late for answering this question but, if anyone face same problem then it is suggested to use some professional tools to split large PDF files into smaller parts.
For this, I would like to suggest this tool: PDF Split Software

If you need to keep file size limits in mind while converting MSG files to PDF, using GainTools MSG to PDF Converter is quite convenient. This tool is simple and gives you the option to include or exclude attachments and adjust image resolution, which helps control the size of the final PDF. If you have large MSG files converting them in batches or splitting them into smaller parts helps manage the size. The tool also includes preview and compression options allowing you to easily check if the PDF is within the required size limit.
