Hi, does anyone know how to open a PDF with default thin lineweight "CTRL 5" or how to save the file with this setting?

Ideally I need to open the PDF default as the thin lineweight or be able to save like this to open in another programe

Pardon my ignorance, but wouldn't the line weight be controlled by the program used to create that drawing?
In any case, let's move this to the Acrobat forum, where I suspect you are more likely to get an answer to this question.
