Links in PDF causing pages to change size

I have a 40 page PDF document with links to other pages within the document. When I select a link and it takes me to another page, the page size changes. How do I prevent this from happening? I would like all the pages to remain the same and "Zoom to Page Level" Thanks.

The page size doesn't change, just the zoom level at which you're seeing it. And that happens because that's how the links were set up, either knowingly or not, by the author of the file.

There's no easy way to batch edit the zoom level associated with links in Acrobat. Basically you would need to do it one by one, manually.

The alternative is to use a standalone tool that can do it all at once, like this one I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Batch Edit Links Zoom Level

How do I properly set up the zoom levels so this doesn't happen? Would it be inherit zoom? I tried your tool and it was not opening properly. Thanks. try67

Inherit Zoom means the zoom level will not change when the link is clicked.

It's based on your own page view. So make sure your initial page view is set to 100%. Don't zoom in on any of your pages and make sure you're always viewing at 100% when you make all of the links in your document.
