locked PDF and usage

Hi,

I would like to protect my PDf.

I wish my collegues to

Add images,

fill in text boxes

Duplicate pages and be able to

Deleate pages and save

Pleas ehelp, which option and how can I do this?

Which app are you using to create the original document?

Are you familiar with InCopy?

thank you for your reply.

Im new to this, ive just downloaded all the adobe programs and ive used Adobe Acrobat to create this interactive PDF I wish to send to people to fill in.

It has 8 pages, but they might need to duplicate some pages to fill in nad I can not seem to lock the pdf and let them have this option.

It did say something about a PDF Portfoliio

Hi

Here are the options for which changes are allowed when the PDF is locked for editing. If you make a form, they can add images and fill in text boxes.

I'm not actually sure how broad "any" is — I haven't used that one.
