[Locked] What other programs are availble to replace Adobe?

Very frustrated with Adobe, locking up, fault errors, slow.  We have current versions and new computers and we still have issues impacting production.  Can't talk to anyone at Adobe for assistance...looking to replace the program.   Any suggestions?
