Hi,

We have some problem when we try to sign in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
The computer is behind a proxy.
The computer is in a NT4 domain like.
1st case

With a local user "administrator", we sign in and we can use Acrobat Pro DC

2nd case

With the domain admin account, we have sign in loop and we are unable to edit any document.

3rd case

With a domain user with administrator rights on that computer, we expericed sign in loop and are unable to edit any document.

I have try to delete OOBE, give right on Abode program files but nothing work.
In event viewer there is an error about a connection issue on client.wns.windows.com.
Not sure if it's related to the problem.
Is there any restriction with Adobe licence that prevent domain users from using Adobe product?
Do we need to purchase another licence or can we upgrade it?

Best regards,
