Acrobat Pro works very slowly. It freezes sometimes, or even stops my PC from use. Cannot uninstall from Creative Cloud menu.

You can uninstall it, using your standard OS procedure.
Uninstall. - run AcroCleaner https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html - downlowd Acrobat again and reinstall.
Check if that helps.
