LWS account deactivated

My LWS account from 2011 looks deactivated. Do you know a way to reactivate it? I need to retrieve a serial number of AdobePro and I cannot find a way to contact Adobe support directly.

    You go to your account to find registered serial numbers... if you did not register, chat support won't be able to help

    @John T Smiththanks for replying, but you didn't understand the problem. I used to have an account LWS opened in 2011 and Adobe deactivated it (I don't know why??) and I dont know how to ask Adobe to restore it, thanks!
