Mac OS printing issue with Acrobat

We are having a problem where certain MS Word doc files that have been converted to PDF as forms do not print properly: characters are running together (and the characters in question are not form fields). They appear fine on screen; it's just a printing issue. We've tried printing the same documents from a PC without a problem. All my printer drivers are up to date. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a solution? Thanks.

Hi Meenakshi,
Attached is a sample. The steps to create it were:
1. Compose and save as an MS Word document.
2. Convert to PDF.
3. Prepare Form.
4. Save & Print.

When we do it in Adobe on a PC, it's fine. When we use Apple, the date runs
together as highlighted on the attachment.

Thanks,

Hi Yelatdra,

Thnak you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

As you experience issue with some particular PDFs, would you mind sharing the picture of the print out?

Did you create the PDF form or received via some email or other means?

Share the steps you do to create the PDF along with Acrobat and OS version details.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

P.S. We're using OS 11.6, and Adobe Acrobat DC for Creative Cloud.

I have been having the same printing issue. Created a document in Word, save as PDF, open in Acrobat and enable fillable. Looks fine on screen, put when printed lots of missing text, lines, it's very odd.

What do we do to correct this.

I would have to redo the this complicated form all over again.

Please offer some adivce,

Thank

You.
