I've tried reader and Acrobat Pro DC.  Follow all the instructions.  Cannot get my printouts right when having the program pic 8.5x11 and 8.5x14 when appropriate.

When I take the troube to print from a windows 10 machine it works perfectly

please advises.  I'd like to just use my mac but the document never prints correctly.  the top is cut off and it either uses letter or legal paper only.  never chooses the appropriate paper.

Thank you

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, the document never prints correctly when printing from Mac Catalina.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF or with all the PDF files you try to print? Please try to print a different PDF and check.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Dc installed? To check the version of the application please use the link  - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

A new version of Adobe Acrobat / Reader DC is now available, version 19.21.20058. Make sure you have the latest version. Go to Help > Check for Updates. For more information about the new release please use the link  - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

Please try to print as an image and see if that works. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image

Also, you may try to open the PDF with a web browser. Right Click on PDF > Open with > Chrome and try printing from there and check.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
