Mail Merge Plug-in for DC?

I am trying to fill forms from Excel or csv data, and I cannot find any menu option that allows me to access plug-ins, nor can I find a plug-in download. I know this was possible in previous versions, very confuzzled as I am not an expert- please help!

If you have a plugin that does that then you need to install it under the correct location, and then (if it's working correctly) it should appear in the application. You should contact the developer of that plugin in case it's not working properly.

I could also use InDesign if that would be better?
