Does anyone know how to make adobe the default PDF program on a mac? I have a program that will generate a PDF report with a simple click, but when I click create a PDF, nothing happens. I have Adobe Acrobat downloaded, is there something I am missing??

That's done via your Mac operating system rather than Adobe.

it doesn't matter what's downloaded.  what's installed?  acrobat pro or acrobat reader?

and clicking a "create pdf" button wouldn't be expected to open that pdf in any app unless that button is really something like, create and open pdf.

what happens when you click the pdf?  it should then open in your app assigned as default to open pdf's
