Making an editable pdf that has a A to Z sorting feature

I am trying to make an editable list that I can sort by alphabetical order. I know how to create the editable list but I would like to have the option of adding to the list then sorting into alpha order. Is there any way to do this in Adobe pro?

What kind of list are you using? A set of separate text fields? A single multi-line text field? A list field? Something else?
