making PDFs work in OneDrive

I have added callout tags to PDF documents but once I load them into OneDrive so I can share files with others, the tags can no longer be viewed. How do I fix that?

    How did you upload the PDFs in OneDrive? Is it through Acrobat or directly from the OneDrive account itself?

    If you have saved on OneDrive from within Acrobat, then login to the OnDrive account and try from there once. 

    Check any other document that you have. If it's one particular file, then please share it with us for testing.

    I need to be able to just copy the PDF files over to OneDrive so I can share with others. File is attached.
