Menu items ridiculously small in Acrobat Pro 2023.003

All the menu items are so small I can hardly read them. The web help says I can change this by changing my general windows display settings. I'm obviously not going to do that because acrobat is the only app that behaves in that way. Is there a solution? I can't find anything within the app menus.

In addition, once again, adobe threw some dices and rearranged every single thing in a minor tool I need every few weeks, and I can't even express how utterly uninterested I am in re-learing its UI. I'm so, so tired of it.
