Metadata :: Author field question

Hi Acrobat Experts:

I would like to add the Author field as an action. It worked but instead of adding Company XYX, Inc., the Action added "Company XYX, Inc.".
The quotes were not part of the action—is there a way to leave them out?

(Windows 11, Acrobat Pro Continuous Release, v 2023.003.20269, 64-bit)
