Miniature for Adobe Pro XI

Dear, like so many others useser i have problems with the ability miniature thumbnail, i purchased version of Adobe Acrobat XI vs 11.0.23, I have already checked and there are no further updates, unfortunately in Setting - Preferences - General...there is no option to enable thumbnails on explorer "enable PDF thumbnail preview. .. "

How have thant option?

This option is available in Adobe Acrobat DC.

XI finished support many years ago, there will be no more changes (11.0.23 is the final). Windows 10 changes constantly and could break parts of it at any time. There are also unfixed security issues, I'd not expect companies to run it.
