Après avoir acheté le 16 juin 2022 Windows 10 Pro, sans doute par erreur (145 €) je n'avais plus accès aux fichiers créés dans Acrobat dès que j'éteignais mon ordinateur. Après plusieurs appels à Adobe (N° gratuit et interlocuteurs très aimables) ils n'ont rien pu faire pour moi sauf me dire que mon logiel Acrobat fonctionnait parfaitement. J'ai pensé que cela venait peut-être de Microsoft qui m'avait ouvert un 2ème compte chez eux à une autre adresse mail que celle qu'ils avaient pour me connecter et sans m'en informer. Ayant réussi à avoir un contact avec Microsoft je les ai informés de mon problème et, comme par miracle, plusieurs jours après tou était rentré dans l'ordre. Mais ce n'est que mon obstination à pouvoir continuer à utiliser Acrobat que j'ai obtenu ce résultat après 3 mois de travail inutile, annulé et refait alors qu'il existait toujours mais auquel je n'avais plus accès). Par contre maintenant je ne peux plus télécharger les mises à jour d'Adobe alors que je paye toujours 14,99 € / mois sans bénéficier des mises à jour. Cela ne me semble pas normal et je ne vois pas, sur mon compte, où et comment ré-enregistrer mon Acrobat Pro DC à jour. Merci de m'informer s'il y a une solution.

first, do you have a teams or enterprise subscription? if yes, are you the plan administrator?

Je ne suis pas une entreprise et je suis la seule à utiliser mon ordinateur. Par contre, je préfère les logiciels Pro, plus complets et chez Adobe j'ai un Acrobat Pro DC.

ok, i'll move your message to the correct forum.
to fix your cc desktop app so it offers updates, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html
if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes... and then reinstall using*
if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)
if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using*
*
use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

Aurais-tu l'amabilité d'élaborer ceci ? L'achat de Windows 10 Pro ne fait pas disparaitre l'accès aux programmes. Avant l'achat, tu avais quel système ? Windows 7 ? Windows 8 ?
