Missing file formats Adobe Acrobat

New Here ,
Jul 06, 2022 Jul 06, 2022

I have a user that can not save a PDF file from Adobe Acrobat Standard to any other file format (jpeg, word, eps, etc.)  It only has PDF as the file format selection. I have the same Creative Cloud he does and I have the options to save as any format I want.  He can't do it on his old PC or new PC.  Any suggestions? Not seeing much on the web.

Same issue with our Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

I believe Adobe, in their wisdom, moved all these things to File > Export.

This is a bug (or a new feature?) of the 64bits version.

You must use "Export To"

In the preferences of Adobe Acrobat disable the entry "Show online storage when saving files".
