Missing Font after Big Sur installation

I no longer have access to a font (Handwriting Dakota) after I installed Big Sur - i want it back- please help

You can buy it here: https://www.fonts.com/font/vletter-inc/dakota . Note carefully that each of the 30 styles is sold separately.

Thanks for that.... is there no way of finding it post Big sur Installation - it was on my Adobe Pro lists of fonts before I installed it?

 

Is there no, already installed Adobe font, handwriting style font on adobe Pro?

Although you see a list of fonts in Acrobat, it doesn't come with any fonts. It just shows you the fonts you have in your system. The fonts in your system may come from

- fonts that came with the original system

- fonts that came with apps

- fonts you purchased

- free fonts you downloaded

- other places

But never from Acrobat. If you had it on your old system, and you still have the old system, you can usually copy the font file - provided the font license allows it. Finding the license for each of hundreds of fonts is a major challenge.
