Missing Preflight in web adobe pro

Hi, 

when open the web adobe and app adobe. 

Both Convert section does not have preflight and i ve tried all the solution from the post and still not working , please assist

Window 10 home

@gianni_2709 Preflight is exclusively available in Adobe Acrobat Pro, not the Standard version. If you have Acrobat Standard, unfortunately, you won't have access to Preflight. Double-check which version you have.
