Missing Preflight Profiles

Hi,
I am missing all the Preflight Profiles. I have tried fixing the install, Uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. This is what it looks like when I open the dialog box:
It's empty.
What can I do? I need this function for work.

This issue was reported with the earlier version of Acrobat. Kindly update your application and install the latest patch.
Acrobat and Reader official update 23.003.20215 is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates>reboot Acrobat.
