Missing scroll bars

I have  the following; Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
Continuous Release | Version 2021.011.20039

I don't see either a vertical or horizontal scroll bar in the application when the document exceeds the window width or height or both. I can't seem to find a setting to activate them.

Hope yo are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

As you have the recent version of the application, please try to repair the installation form the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the computer once and check.

Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Thanks for your help although neither solution worked. However, after performing a restart of my PC, the functionality returned.
