Modifier texte pdf

Bonjour, 

J'essaie en vain de modifier le texte de ce pdf. J'essaie sur Adobe Acrobat pro DC sur Mac. J'ai regardé partout sur internet, chercher des explications mais impossible.. Quand je mets "modifier le texte", il ne reconnait aucun caractère et ne voit qu'une image.. 

Je trouve ça bizarre, pourtant c'est visible, je du faire une mauvaise manip..

    Most of the type on this PDF is raster (image) and cannot be edited in Acrobat, the type in the box on the lower right corner can be edited using Tools> Edit PDF> Edit (select and edit the type). If you want to change the raster type (which is low res) your best bet is to find the original document and make your edits there, keeping the type live (not raster or outline), or re-create the menu in InDesign from scratch, setting all new type.

      The problem is the white text on the black/blue background.
