Question

More than one active computer for Small Business

Hello Adobe Community,

I recently signed up for an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription. Is there a way to be logged in with 2 computers at a time and to work with Acrobat Pro DC w/o having to buy a full second licence?

What I learned from search in this forum and from Adobe help:

> installation on 3 computers

> 2 of them just can be active

> use of the third computer needs to have an active act of deactivating one computer

> just 1 computer can work with Adobe Acrobat Pro at the same time

What I need/ would like:

> work with 2, better 3, computers at the same time

> adding users to my already existing subscription

> not paying full price of 2 or 3 individual subscriptions

Is there a way to talk to a member of Adobe sales department about this?

Thanks for any help!

Best regards,

Nicole

Adding to the above information.

As you wish to get in touch with the sales team to get more information on this, please refer to the following link:

https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pricing.html

At the bottom of the age you will get an option to contact sales, please click on that and submit the request.

Hope the information helps.

And to be completely clear: all licenses are individual. They are not to be shared with family, friends, colleagues or staff.

The retail (individual) license is for you. For 2 computers. 1 at a time. That's all. You can take out a second, different, Adobe ID, buy a second subscription, and use it on another two computers, 1 at a time.

Since you're talking about adding users, I think you should be looking into Team licenses instead. Individual subscriptions, even if paid for by a company, are strictly for one human, and if they leave the job, the license leaves with them; the company has no right to transfer to their replacement.
