Hi,

I cannot seem to move the Tool Bar to left. I cannot find the location to disable or enable the new Acrobat DC. Pictures below of the File, edit and View tabs.

Thank you,

Simon

Hi Simon31684771frm3,

Thank you for reaching out.

As Bernd Alheit mentioned, you are using a very old version. Please try updating the application to the latest version available. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates.

You may refer to the following help page to know more about the updates: https://adobe.ly/455ZJ52

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

@Simon31684771frm3 in addition to what @Bernd Alheit  having all the information will speed the process of diagnosing the issues. This is why @Bernd Alheit  asked this question, as some older versions of Acrobat may not have this option at all if the new UI was not part of their feature set!

Look for the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner of the application window. In the dropdown menu that appears, you should see an option to "Disable new Acrobat". Click this option, and the application will prompt you to restart. After restarting, it will open with the classic interface. https://youtu.be/EvzTpT7zZ40?si=yRxowxMCNkwGMH7f
