Multi-Line Text Fields

I just updated and I am trying to request e-signatures.  I have templates that have multi-line text fields for comments from each signer.  In the new UI the templates I get a message about unssuported data fields.  I also don't see it in the field settings where I can choose to have multi-line text options.

Any suggestions on a work around?  I have forms with 7+ signers that each need to put more than a single line of comments.
