Hi,

 

Please provide a little more info about your software: operating system, Adobe Acrobat which one and version.

 

Is this happenning with only one PDF file or every and any PDF file you try to open?

 

Did this problem started happening recently after an operating system update? Or any updates in that computer?

Hi,

My operating system: macOS Mojave 10.14.6

Adobe Acrobat DC desktop

Its happening with all PDF files

It happened recently, maybe after updating.
